For 17 years, the Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) have recognized the creme de la creme in beauty – spearheading trends by acknowledging the most innovative beauty products in the industry. Each product that is up for consideration goes through a rigorous selection process; voted on by 4,000 professionals in the field, as well as the CEW’s board of governors. 139 finalists will make it through, only to go through an additional selection process – whittling the number down to fit the 26 categories of the CEW Beauty Awards.
